Welcome to the January roundup for Kallidus Reporting & Analytics! Let's take a look at what we've released over the past month.
What's fixed
For the Learning Progress dataset extraction, we've resolved an issue where HTML markups within the course and lesson descriptions were causing unintended line breaks within the vwDimCourse and vwDimLesson CSVs, respectively. We've also resolved an issue where commas used in user field values were causing a similar issue in the vwDimUser CSV specifically (across all dataset extractions).
For report reminders, we've resolved an issue where deleting a report did not subsequently delete the associated reminders (causing them to continue sending).
What's new
Updated Reviews dataset
We've added a range of new fields to the Reviews dataset. These fields help determine whether reviewees and reviewers have signed off a review and when they did so (before or after the review due date):
- Review signed off by both parties? Defines if the review has been signed off by the reviewee and the reviewer. This will be a Yes or No result.
- Review signed off by both parties before due date? Defines if the review has been signed off by the reviewer and the reviewee before the review due date. This will be a Yes or No result.
- Reviewee signed off before due date? Defines if the review has been signed off by the reviewee before the review due date. This will be a Yes or No result.
- Reviewer signed off before due date? Defines if the review has been signed off by the reviewer before the review due date. This will be a Yes or No result.
- # reviews signed off on time. The number of reviews that have been signed off by both parties before the review due date and time.
- # reviews not signed off on time. The number of reviews that have not been signed off by both parties before the review due date and time.
- % reviews signed off on time. The percentage of reviews that have been signed off by both parties before the review due date and time.
- % reviews not signed off on time. The percentage of reviews that have not been signed off by both parties before the review due date and time.
