Learn update - 18/05/23

This update introduces a new piece of functionality which enables managers to assign courses as mandatory for completion for their direct reports.

This is part of our sharing and recommendations functionality and can be switched on in Settings.  By default the manager assignment is switched off and can be switched on if you and your organisation wish to use it.
