Off the Shelf - Refresher guide

We have released an update to our mobile-friendly responsive courses to enable refresher mode. To set up refreshers for your Off the Shelf content, please contact your Account Manager. 

When launching a refresher course, you'll be greeted by the following message:

• If you choose 'No', you will view all the course material with no initial test. 
• If you choose 'Yes', you will be taken to a short pre-course test which will check your knowledge to determine which sections of the course you need to review. 

After going though the refresher test, the course will recommend which sections need review:

If you pass the refresher test questions, you will automatically pass the course and don't need to review any course material as you have demonstrated your knowledge. 

If you have sections that need review, the course will recommend these to you to refresh your knowledge before attempting the test again:
