This video and the below steps will help you to troubleshoot why you are unable to see the 'Edit personal details' button.
1. Check your account KIP permissions
You'll need to ask a colleague who can access the 'Edit personal details' button to check your KIP permissions. They can do this by going to Administration > User > Find your account > Edit Personal details > Check that the relevant permission is selected.
2. Are you using SSO?
If you have SSO on your site, you will need to make sure you are logged in via the 'External' link. This will then give you visibility of the button.
If you use SSO it may also be that the 'Change' password button is also unavailable as they have not used KIP to log in. In order to make this button reappear simply re-submit the KIP page.
3. Does the account have a KIP account?
You can log into KIP and locate the user account or simply resubmit the LMS account by going to Administration > User > Find the account on the LMS > then click submit at the bottom of the page.
If you refresh does the button now appear?
