As part of evaluation forms, you can create a follow-up form that gets sent to users on a pre-set time scale. Follow the steps below to set this up on one of your evaluation forms.
Step One: Go to the evaluation form
From the global navigation bar, select ‘Evaluation Form’ from the feedback drown down menu.
Step Two: Select an Evaluation form
From your list of evaluation forms, find the one you want to add a follow up to and select ‘Edit’
Step Three: Add the Follow-up
Click onto the ‘Follow up’ tab. You can now select the timeframe for the follow up to be sent and add follow up questions.
