This article describes the process for sending files to Support, that are too large to be emailed.
Our preferred method for file transfer is via WeTransfer. However, if you have an alternative method or security requirement, please let us know.
See below for the steps to send files via WeTransfer. Alternatively, please post the file up to the SFTP area that Kallidus have created for you (this is the same location where you typically have your HR data files sent to Kallidus for overnight processing)
How to send files with WeTransfer
- Go to https://www.wetransfer.com/
- Email to support@kallidus.zendesk.com
- Enter your email details and add the files
- Select the ellipsis button and select Send As Link
- Select 'Transfer'. You will receive an email with the Download Link. Copy and paste this link into your support ticket via the help centre. You will receive email confirmation once the Support team has downloaded your files.
